  • Globe Toyota and BioTradX: Used Engine Oil Recycling Partnership

    Challenge
    Used engine oil from a dealership workshop is hazardous waste, yet selling it for cash with no weighment and no recycler papers is still common.
    Approach
    Globe Toyota (JCBL Group) routes used engine oil from its service network through BioTradX: dedicated tanks, licensed recyclers, a digital handover and monthly litres tracked as a KPI.
    Outcome
    Used engine oil is collected and handed to authorised recyclers with a documented handover instead of informal disposal. The partnership was reported by ET Auto, I Am Renew and the JCBL Group press release.
