RUCO Record-Keeping Templates for Indian FBOs

RUCO record-keeping is a notebook plus invoices if you are a single restaurant, or a sheet plus marketplace IDs if you are a chain. The content is the same: in, use, out, who took it.

What to log for FSSAI RUCO: oil in, fry-life or TPC, UCO out, collector documents. How BioTradX invoices complete the file.

Minimum columns

Date, oil purchased (litres), oil in fryers, TPC or hour count, UCO drum litres, collector name, invoice number, BioTradX trade ID.

Who fills it

Chef or stewarding for TPC. Manager for collector. Accounts for invoice. If one person owns all three, it still gets done on holidays.

Retention

Keep at least as long as your FSSAI and internal audit policy. Digital scans of invoices beat oil-stained paper.

Marketplace

BioTradX does not replace the kitchen log. It replaces the missing collector invoice.
