The Role
Every trade on BioTradX has to turn into real-world execution: sellers onboarded, material quality-checked, logistics arranged, and the trade closed and settled.
The Operations Lead manages that complete trade lifecycle across categories such as biomass, used oils and circular materials, and keeps execution reliable as the marketplace grows.
What You Will Own
- Manage the complete trade lifecycle from onboarding to delivery and settlement.
- Onboard sellers and keep onboarding smooth and well documented.
- Coordinate logistics between buyers and suppliers.
- Ensure quality compliance and QC steps are followed on each trade.
- Drive timely trade closure and resolve issues that hold trades up.
- Use dashboards to monitor trade progress and escalate risks early.
What Success Looks Like
- Trades move from acceptance to closure without avoidable delay.
- Sellers are onboarded with complete, usable information.
- Quality and logistics issues are resolved quickly and documented.
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in operations, supply chain or marketplace execution.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and dashboard-based operations.
Helpful, But Not Essential
- Experience with B2B logistics, commodities, agri-supply chains or waste management.
